Long walk last night, focused on keeping pace up (dog sniffing and other magic moments excepted) overall, got sweaty, worked on a couple of smaller hills. Not going to constantly note average heart rate on walks, but was 116 vs. normal ~120 so something else to track long term. VO2 is also working again, so that's good although it's also reading lower effort than previous. Might be a software change, we'll consider it recalibrated. Anyways, I'm not an Olympic athlete, so just watching trends and will focus on always doing better and just closing rings.

Able to do total inversion again - yay! Something satisfying about getting annoyed about something and then just hanging upside down by my ankles for 4-5 minutes. All you can do is breathe and let go. Not doing any back or ab stuff yet, just decompressing. Mental and physical.

It's already only Wednesday, press on.

Nice going, Kat! 💖 “It’s already only Wednesday” cracked me up more than it should have. 😂 I kept coming across posts on here yesterday that were saying “Rough week!” and I like how it was only Tuesday.
