Swam last night, decent, 790 strokes, 10.3METs, 135'ish heart rate. Was more about winding down a bit. Could see the Goodyear blimp from the pool, that was pretty cool. Night weather is spectacular, makes up for the hot days. One more high stress day, then should maybe even out a little. I hope.
