Scale games. Worked most of the day, swam a solid one, 857 long strokes, 10.6METs, heart rate 140's, all good. Didn't eat anything that would cause my blob to go up that much or muscle to fall, guessing it will normalize tomorrow. Another crazy week ahead of me. And away we go.
