holding, in a good way. We can add walking three miles in flip flops to the list of stupid things I've decided to do, but I did it and we got home. It is similar to walking with knives between your toes and I do have blisters.

Swam when I got home, no real plan, but got in a solid 831 strokes, big paddles, 10.5METs, so pretty good for just wanting to cool off from the humidity. Heart rate right in the mid 130s.

Going for a repeat of the walk and swim, will wear better shoes this time. Even if it's hot.

Will make dinner before we walk again tonight.

Still crazy busy, back to it. Enjoy the day.

I is a dummy on this one. I've done it before, doing sauntering type activities, but not real walking. Won't happen again. At least not until next year when I forget. 🤪

Ouchie!! I always do the same. I thankfully wore my Birks yesterday, so I was comfy. Discovered today that I’m sore.. from the 2-hr walk.?.!? My shins are burning and so is the area behind my knees. So weird.
