Monster week on tap at work, no swim last night, no walk. Shaping up to be a super challenging end of year. Ate fairly well yesterday, will keep the focus there. If I'm not able to get away, might cut overall calories back to address. Going to have to get the movement at my desk. Not the best, but it is what it is.
