Real night swimming last night, got in the pool at 9:30pm and didn't get out until after 10 and it was a glorious night to be under the stars. My friend calls it decadent and it. 828 strokes, 10.3 METS, average heart rate 140, small paddles. All good! Focus on consistency and stroke technique. I may have to stop with the squats because they are affecting my kicks in a weird way, I need to look some stuff and see what I'm feeling when I'm kicking. Bought new fins this morning, I tried to figure out a way to fix them, with molded foam and it being a strap, I just couldn't come up with a solution.

Muscle mass holding. Blob down slightly. Shorts still falling off. Going keep doing what I'm doing. Press on and enjoy the weekend. Gonna be a hot one here.

Wondering how the squats could affect your kicks? Sore muscles?

They were making me get leg cramps in my upper hamstring area. I’ve never had cramps there before. Underutilized muscle group probably.

I see! You could try to do only 5 or 10 until you build your muscles and increase slowly.

I think I'm going to do lunges instead of squats. My legs are pretty solid. Father was a football player and I was gifted his calves and quads. I'm good with it.

Being solid certainly has it's advantage! I do squats and lunges but I hate them!
