I have been up a couple lbs..... just below goal for several days. I was enjoying being lower....it gave me a little more of a cushion. My measurements are stable...no change there. My average calorie intake has been pretty consistent over the past few weeks as well....under my allowed 1800 calories.

Feeling a little bored today. Like I'd like to do something...not sure what. And I I have no plans. 😐 Just made up a batch of hummingbird feed. I've been seeing some increased activity around the feeders & in the flowers. Also caught the Blue Jay getting a peanut off the deck rail this morning. He was too quick & I couldn't get a picture. The one I took last week was blurry.

The Adirondack chairs we ordered early July had some glitch in the shipping. Hubby was following up & was told the pending charge on the credit card that disappeared would be charged when the chairs shipped. We were supposed to originally receive them July 15th. We were about to cancel the order but, the charge reappeared on our card. Hopefully it means they've shipped & we'll receive them this week.

I think dinner is going to be shrimp kabobs....I know it's shrimp....not positive what else.
