Really crummy sleep last night. Lots on my mind keeping me up.

Ah well. Going to the gym is either gonna wake me up or kill me... excited to see which! 😆

My sleep was perfect. A much cooler night than we’ve had in a few weeks and always makes sleep better!! Great workout here too. It’s a good day-minus ice cream, that’s the sad part. 😒

I hope you’re all awake and still alive, JS! I totally understand about the crummy sleep due to lots on your mind. A workout should be just what’s needed to recenter.
