I've been doing better about getting out of the house every day (as my psychiatrist suggested). I take the kids in the pool 2-3 times a week, go out and pick a handful of green beans every day, and have been getting out to do things like going to the store more. Yesterday, my husband had a colonoscopy and they require their "ride" to sit in the parking lot the whole time to wait for them to get finished. I was in the car for about an hour and a half; but, thankfully, I got one of the very few parking places that was in the shade, so I wasn't uncomfortable. Eating is still out of control, but weight is hovering around the same place. I'll get there. Honest, I will!

If I can get out to exercise by walking, running swimming or pilates. Or stay in and follow an exercise app on my tablet, I do definitely feel better. Chair yoga is a good gentle exercise for when I want to go easy on myself. Anything to be active seems to blow the cobwebs away.
