Amazingly, not sore at all today! I guess "the hair of the dog that bit ya" works well for lifting, too!

Wednesday was mostly chest and triceps and yesterday had a few chest and triceps movements as well. I went in still a bit sore/tight, but this morning I woke up loose as... a wizard's sleeve (Borat reference in case you missed it) 🤣

Hey, what happened to the, "I'm going to start with full body twice a week," deal? 😁 The gym caught you, Mr workout addict? 😁 Happy for you that you aren't sore, although I would wish you to feel my pain today... Just cuz! 😁

OK! 😁 And, I don't actually mind feeling sore all over! That makes me happy! Hard to run though... 😢 My only concern is I've got some low back pain, which I would not want to share.... I must have done something awkwardly... I'm sure it will be fine in a few. I'm just being careful for a couple days how I use it. 😁

Melissa, suggest using a roller where the pain is. Helps stretching the area & stimulates the blood flow.

Amazingly not sore? Dude, why don't you push yourself at least a little bit? I picture a sucky workout. I'm already not as sore being 10 -12 days in but can always tell the next day what I did the day before...except back. That's one I rarely feel unless it's a new move.

Burrrn, and agreed. I don't know how that is possible if you took months off. I'm super sore even if I take 3 days off.
