Day of rest today, at least from having the grandkids over. The house is a wreck, so maybe I'll do some tidying up and cleaning. I notice that I eat LESS when I'm having the kids over, because I stay so busy attending to their needs. Last week, I ended up maintaining my weight (which is much better than GAINING)! Maintaining again so far this week, with a slight loss. It's not even 10am, and I've already had TWO breakfasts this morning, though (and one dessert). UGH!
