Same today 😀 I had an indulgent late lunch, but then didn't eat a meal after. I ended up with a half cup of jello, a shortbread cookie & whipped cream for dessert around 9 PM. And I had a local vodka cocktail while we watched American Idol.
I spent 2 hours on the phone catching up with my long time friend...since High School....after breakfast. She lives in South Carolina. I sat....or wandered around the yard...outside while we talked.
I worked outside a little while after, putting cypress mulch on the back side of our garden path. It now has a nice layer of pine mulch on the bottom topped with no floating cypress on top.
I'm thinking dinner is a big salad with chicken on top 😊 Easy, tasty and healthy.
