Didn't get my water in yesterday (for very good reasons). But, I am going to try to make up the missed ounces today and tomorrow so I can count it as a victory since I was on day 18 of 30. "Normally," I would QUIT trying to drink water and QUIT trying to do my 1/2 mile of walking each day because of having blown the 30-day plan. BUT, I'm not going to do that. I'm going to get back up on that horse and ride! Like I said, I really did have GOOD reasons for not getting it in yesterday - reasons which were beyond my own control -- so I'm not accepting a defeat for this. It's just a bump in the road, and I'm carrying on in spite of it.
