Almost there! A tiny bit of belly chub left. Once I see abs, I'll flip into maintenance mode on the calories 👍🏻

Just keep moving! Don't binge-watch every show ever; there's dusting, vacuuming, counters to wipe, windows to clean, laundry to wash.

There's always something to do besides sit. Coloring books, puzzles... things to keep your brain engaged and distracted!

Don't be a veg! Relax, but don't get complacent/lazy - you'll regret it when this is all over and you need to start from scratch. This will end eventually, so stay the course! ❤

True. I’m not planning on any crazy changes in eating or working out. Bout the only thing that will stay consistent for me. Work has slowed and might stop completely, hope not, but who knows. One day at a time!
