Hoping this is an up before a down since there's really no reason for it other than eating pretty late. Raining like crazy here this morning, cleaning house with music blasting. Hoping it blows though this morning and I can get a swim in. One piece of quiche left for tomorrow and back to plain old eggs for breakfast which is fine. Last week was just over the top stressful although I did manage to exercise every single day of it, it was a challenge. Goal this week is to normalize and be able to relax some. I have 90 miles of the 130 mile challenge for February. That means I have to walk this weekend, rain or not. I don't want to have to treadmill it.
