Day 2 of being laid out on the couch with the flu. Bleh. Skipping the gym today, but I have the day off tomorrow, so I plan to recover and make up for lost time then! Already feeling a lot better.
15+ hours of sleep felt so great yesterday and a 2-day workweek sounds fantastic though, I must say... this isn't so bad 😁

Jk. I actually did 49k lbs yesterday with a leg workout. Hitting upper body tonight. Besides my wife calling me skinny, I think it’s going well.
