I've taken creatine supplements off the menu for a couple weeks to see what a difference it makes in my workouts and if my muscle size "deflates".
Any big drops in weight (if any) will primarily reflect excess intracellular water loss, so no major excitement for a little bit.
Don't get me wrong - I loves mah creatine, but I'm just curious how much impact it's actually making. If my weights at the gym tank, I'll know it was the creatine, but I just wanna see 👍🏻 #gym-nerd
