Yesterday, while I was out & about I tried on some nice snuggly tops...the style I like to wear around the house. Size Large was way too big! Too bad since they were on clearance and there were no smaller sizes left. I've always been busty so Large or Extra Large have always been my go to size. Although I'm still wearing my quite loose fleece tops at home I decided I wasn't going to buy any more that were too big.
On another note, I had my first after dinner craving in awhile last night. Walmart sells a Cajun Trail Mix I really like. I was under my RDI & I gave in to the craving. It's 150 calories for 1/4 cup 😐 The good thing is I measured out 1/4 cup. It's hardly enough to be worth it. I was still under my RDI but, I could have probably done without that trail mix.
