Fridays are my "easy" day. About an hour at the gym (depending how crowded it is), but a very fulfilling workout, nonetheless 💪🏻

DB Incline Bench Press:
4 sets, 10 reps (heavy)

**SUPER-SET**

DB Reverse Fly:
3 sets, 20 reps (medium)
1 set, 35 reps (light)


DB Overhead Press:
4 sets, 15 reps (medium)

**SUPER-SET**

Tricep Cable Pushdown:
1 set, 10 reps (heavy)
3 sets, 25 reps (light)


Pec Deck Machine:
1 set, 7 reps (heavy)
1 set, 10 reps (medium)
1 set, 15 reps (light) 

DB Bench Press:
2 sets to failure (light)

I like how you switch up for set reps, I do it all the time. It could be a mental thing but when I stalled a few years back I really changed things up and started to make some new gains.
