@CrashtestDawnie - After eating 250+ carbs for 5 days last week I am 'still-coming-down' and had HUGE 'carb desires' yesterday. So the pickle was for 'mental' reasons 🤣

@Diana 1234, @emmekay - It is just basically just Keto. The only difference is that by limiting myself to liquids (low carb protein shakes in heavy cream) I don't go into a 'eating binge'. But, in the end it is <20 carbs a day with a lot of fat (from the heavy cream).

Thanks. I don't do keto, I do low carb,high protein,and some fat.(average about 30-35 gs a day of fat)
I think I can modify and do green smoothies, protein shakes, and maybe broth and tea in between. Gonna go at least 48 hours .💜💜💜
