How's a person supposed to gain weight, when just waking up puts them at almost 2000 calories burned in a day? After all activity is accounted for at the end of the day, it's about 3200 calories burned and 4000+ consumed.
I'm asking for a friend who's struggling with FS's activity log using numbers that are too low now when they were too high before... the goalposts keeps moving 😭
Why can't metabolism just stay put?? 😠

Asking for a friend lmao. Sure. I’d kill for your metabolism and your issue of not gaining. Wait... I’m NOT gaining muscle so I do have that problem. (Measurements all the same since starting basically, but stronger)
