That's interesting. Saturday I ran after having about 200 calories of oatmeal & ended up feeling so weak that I binged on carbs. Do you do cardio or just lift weights?

I was eating over 6000 calories a day for the past year and gained 45 pounds.
I am 5'3, female and was inactive though 🙂

I think trying to seriously lift without carbs would be pretty useless... but that's just a guess. Never tried it. Lots of carbs and protein before and only protein after is what I try to do.
