😀😃😄 Big smiles this morning! The #'s FINALLY moved. Maybe a little extra activity yesterday helped. I hung my Fall wreath on the front door & decorated the front porch with mums & pumpkins. I also planted some mums in the front flower beds & pulled a couple of boxes of Fall Decor out of the attic for inside. 🍁🍂🍃🎃
I was tempted to skip the afternoon walk with hubby & the dogs...afterall, I had gotten some exercise. I'm happy to say I changed my mind & we took an extended walk. We're finally getting Fall weather here in North Georgia! It was nice being outside.
The plan is to clean house & decorate with all the Fall Decor starting today. That should keep me busy & moving. Less temptation to nibble. I've actually been doing pretty good. I time my afternoon lunch/snack so that I can watch a DVR'D TV show or read while I eat. I've been resisting nibbling at other times. 😊 That had become my downfall...nibbling in the afternoon.
OK, time to get busy....
