Thanks Melissa! I figure I need to lose 1.5 pounds a week to reach the vacation goal. So was going to post weight each Sunday to see results. But I was surprised at this morning's weight and had to post it!

Thanks Tatauu and John. I was surprised this morning and it actually motivated me enough to decide NOT to go with my sister for Chinese food for lunch. We've both been craving it, but I will wait for another day (hopefully not tomorrow!)
