morning ketones still 2 . Great. I bought some cream cheese and heavy cream , I have been avoiding dairy except for butter . I don't think it had an effect on my ketosis or my inflammation , but I eat too much cream cheese when I have it around , I will stick to meat for my carnivore way for now. I had heavy cream for the first time in months in my coffee today. it was GREAT. but I didn't have it until after work, 7 hours after I woke for treat 👍👍

Was just reflecting on cheese and dairy, and believe it to be helpful for body growth. I have an old friend who is frustrated by being too thin and light. I should suggest cheese to him. Cheese do contain four different 'opioids', that relate to 'eat a lot and sleep', which is very helpful for a newborn calf that is in need of very rapid body weight growth. Generally I limit dairy to butter too. Like to drizzle a little freshly grated hard cheese on top of my food right now. Found some hard cheese at half price the other day. Also allow a little sour cream as sauce sometimes in the AM. A cup of fresh cream once a week seem to work too. Would not go daily with cream. Some 'opioids' can alter the brain if had too frequently. Mean to read more about dairy and the drugs it contain.

DIDDLE that is fascinating info. Yes, I believe cheese increase my appetite and cravings for foods. Dsrn I love it. I hopefully can add a little like you do when I reach goal. I'm back to only meat. I had a wicked rib eye today! 😃

It is fun to read. Things like Morphine is 12 times stronger in cow milk, compared to human milk. Cheese is a concentrated source. Lean pig go to fat pig in a matter of weeks when being fed dairy.

Diddlee wow I believe it. What's your opinion about butter? I know you said you still use it. Any opinions? Do you think clarified is much different. I don't want to give it up but I might.
