Aaaaaaaand woosh.

Meh. Carbs are like politicians: they offer such hope and promise - and may deliver for a short time to make you feel great - but then they go away leaving you slightly better with a desire for more effective results.

This is averaging 750 calories of daily surplus and 450g of daily carb intake... And to think I used to believe carbs were going to make me fat lol.

Anticlimactic, but steady on the way up still 👍🏼

How often are you eating? You should eat about every 2 to 3 hours, minimum of 5 meals a day.

How long in the Gym, 60 minutes or less? Constant, no long extended times between sets, ie talking to other Gym Members? Last but not least, you are controlling weights, ie., no swinging curls, etc.
