My weight from this morning. Started my cycle this afternoon which really explains a lot. But it’s so early 😑 ate some sugar free York peppermint patties earlier. They are soooo good!
68,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 25,9 kg.    Sisa: 0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
