Not bad for a 3 month break Best consistent fasting week yet. I had a meal ever day this week and I don't feel deprived. My next/first meal today will be dinner Went from avg of 214 in Oct 2018 to 225 in Mar of 2019. Whoa!!! Turning this all around now that my head is back in the game.

@adefwebserver - I noticed a spike in carb intake yesterday and today and need to get it back to sub 75 tomorrow and Sunday so I have 1 week of data to analyze to plan out next week.. I am happy so far with this weeks efforts and with getting my number back up on FS.

Hmm... when I look at the "Monthly" Secret page I am at: Food: 1274kcal (Fat: 92.81g, Protein: 60.84g, Carbs: 44.37g). Not bad but I could do WAY better...
