Yo!

Ive been incredibly busy with work since last week and it concluded with a 15 hour day yesterday. It was so icy and snowy that I didn't get many breaks at all... but it's my weekend now.

I got almost 10 hours of sleep to reset my schedule - back to being a night owl! 😊

Since that schedule destroyed my workout goals last week, it's time to start the hypertrophy phase again and burn some serious amounts of fat while exposing the chiseled muscle that keeps teasing me with its subcutaneous striptease! 💪

I've missed my FS friends, and now it's back to business: fully refreshed and completely ready for the gym again!

Paused DB Flat Bench Press:
10x10 (45x2 = 90#)

DB Incline Bench Press:
7x10 (35x2 = 70#)

DB Floor Flyes:
7x11 (30x2 = 60#)

BB Flat Bench Press:

Wow chris, i just heard seattle hit with snow and ice. Crazy! My sis says you all don't do well with winter. Welcome back -- moopie's purse is saving your seat.

I've missed all your clever remarks! There were a couple times when someone posted and something that lent itself to humor, and I'd think, "Where is Chris! He should jumped on that one!" Keep up the good work Chris

nice work out, I went to my cross training class this morning at 6am, is hard to get up , but later feels so good
