Yeah well, oh duffers like me need to move a little to keep the pump working. I'll not be lifting any time soon though I suppose there might be a gym somewhere on this island. I will be doing strength training via DVDs (once I get them back from my hanai daughter). Maybe next year on the lifting. I did love weighted squats for some reason. Made me feel like I could lift the world.
