Made chopped cabbage and cauliflower rice today. About to jump into the pool for a swim before HH later. Happy Friday!!!

Edit: still in pool. Turned up the current two notches today and kicked my own ass. Damn. Breathing hard again. Need to schedule these incremental increases on a regular basis. The funny thing is it’s harder when I’m not swimming because the water is tossing me against the sides of the pool.
