I do believe this is a real loss! 👍😀 today is my 6th day on my new hormone compound meds and I bumped up the dose yesterday one click. Doc said 2-5 clicks and that I'm suppose to take DHEA and vitamin D that I test horribly low. I sure hope this continues! Wouldn't that be great! I'm eating more than I ever have and starting to lose. how cool is keto! I felt very clear headed yesterday for the first time in a long time. If your not losing weight, or it's going miserably slow.. male or female, a great doc like mine can help you narrow in on your imbalances! 👍 #NEVERGIVEUP

Awesome!! I'm so happy for you! Do you know which autoimmune you have yet? And yes delete bs post from ppl that want to spread their "gospel/ agenda" where it is clearly not wanted! I had a vegan bitch me out one time for posting a pic with bacon in it... ("B*tch gtf out of here!") Delete! I get enough of that from my vegetarian sister lol

I completely agree, we are here to encourage and support each other, not act like a "listen to me, I know better than you" kind of person. I am being really polite about it right now.
