호탐님은 맥모닝 자주 하시는 것 같아용 전 한 번 맥모닝 하려면 맘 먹고 가야 해요..ㅋㅋㅋ 걸어서 25~30분 거리에 있거든요

7시쯤 가서 8시쯤 사람들 들어올 때 나왔습니다 ㅎㅎ 저도 걷기엔 조금 먼 거리라 아침엔 차로 갑니다. 사실 버거도 그렇고 치킨도 칼로리가 높아서 먹고 싶을 땐 걸어갔다가 걸어오기로 하고 먹기도 한데, 아침엔 좀 버겁죠~ :)

Hello Breezy, this is not to brag or recommend. Having so many followers, I just want to be honest to show almost all meals I have. Otherwise, people tend to believe I keep my balance only with salad, that is not true. I am experiencing myself how much I can compromise, that I will see the medical result in a few days. :)

Good morning Hobodon, With your success I can see how people would try to follow everything you do. I am new and had not realized what 'followers' really meant. Thank you for clarifying. I've enjoyed your posts to see what I might add into my plan someday. And also to see dishes I don't usually see here in the USA. I also think you are an interesting person! :-)

Good morning Breezy. Thank you for the good words. Simply speaking, I don't want to cheat FS friends with good food photos that I chose myself. I want to show all food photos, but still manage my weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol. (Please don't plan MCD, hehe.) Have a good day. :)

It was "experimenting", not experiencing. (Monday morning...) I am experimenting myself how much I can compromise, that I will see the medical result in a few days.
