@LC: I've been shooting for average CFP splits of 48/29/23 but I rarely hit them exactly nor obsess when I don't. I usually miss the FAT% but a few point but who doesn't love a little extra cream & butter? Mostly a datapoint for me at this time. I've been thinking about a small tweak to 45/30/25 with calories held around 2100. Thx for the comment👍

@Bandrai : the wife and I don't cook from recipes but if you find a recipe for Murgh Masala (Indian Butter Chicken) and add cooked chickpeas the last 20-30 minutes you'll get something close. We also swapped out butter for coconut oil cause we have it. The white rice is simply white rice with herbs stirred in at the end and the asparagus is just steamed; salt, butter, serve. 😋 Hope this helps.
