Today marks 2 weeks of not eating sugars, high carb foods. I haven't been tracking, today starts me tracking what I put in my mouth.
Dang I had a rough time over the weekend. I wanted Lay's Plain Potato chips and any pastry would do. I didn't do it. So proud of myself
Then today woke with a cold coming on. I didn't want to cook, wanted to snack, bad idea that would have spiraled into a pity party and Lord knows what I would have ate.
So instead found a can of Cambells Chicken Broth, had riced cauliflower, green onion, red peppers, frozen cooked chicken. Added butter, creme, a couple of eggs. It was so good. So yes today was a good day of making the right choices.
