I used to look like a 30% ( female one obvi) that would be my goal again. I love all women who are strong 💪 in regards to being loving and kind and have goals in life. Weight lift, don’t weight lift. You my friend are amazing because I know you were creating a workout for those of us compromised with ailments.

I didn't think the bodyfat thread was depressing- just best case scenarios- what you'd look like if you had a perfect body otherwise. So I mean a bit depressing but not like- "Oh fs is so crazy" depressing. I thought it was interesting, TBH- just not accurate for most.

What you posted is goals to every FS lady. We all were somewhere we aren’t now, or maybe are. The biggest row of women can be the dream of some women here❤️ you don’t have to justify yourself. At one point, many women wanted to be Twiggy, or Monroe and we’re talking to totally different figures. You’re fine, it’s all good. You just showed percentages. I relate with 30%. We all carry weight differently. It’s all good.

I like the very first pic- which happens to be the same as this back pic. I like muscle but I don't want to look manly. As long as I look nice and shapely when not flexing- that's all I need. ;)

I agree V- I'd like to be closer to 150. Plus I realized I am 5'8.5" LOL- those 1/2 inches add up. Considering I can't even get to 180- I guess I can afford to wait and see where things go as I continue to eat and exercise.

I was just going by what Chris said while adding the 5 pounds per inch to be the same proportions. 175 does seem too high considering it's only 7 pounds lighter than me.

Hey, you’ll get there, it just take time and deduction.. I’d focus on 160 in quite a few months and then you’ll see, maybe it will be enough 😉
