What order do you eat it in? Do you take a bite from each? Or save the sweet for last? I find I often times eat all of one "side" and move on. Or main entree, then all sides but I have a sneaking suspicion that that is weird and has to do with being a food addict. Like just having certain foods things that I do. No time to explain what I mean or I'll be late for work. 🤪 ttyl

I will put everything in the same plate if I can to. People think it is nasty but I don't care, I also take a bite from each. Just sometimes I save my dessert for last. 😝

I can't imagine eating those items together but if it was something I liked... I'd do the salad first, then the warm (I'll pretend soup instead of oatmeal) then cottage cheese then the dessert. The protein shake would be used as my beverage and sipped throughout as needed. Interesting that you acted like the ice cream couldn't go back in the freezer after the Pic until needed. Nope... I do not agree with the order of your food. 🤣 What else is new? 🤣❤️

I’ll do it, I’m enjoying more having different things to taste on my meals. I started with two different things, now I’m doing three, but after looking at your plate I’m definitely trying 5 or 6 things, even if that means only a bite of each thing 😹😹

Are you eating 2-3 meals a day, Chris? I recently switched to eating more often to raise MPS more times a day. It's supposed to be better for hypertrophy.
