60 kg to 56 kg. 600 kkal/day and the result? It change half of part my body! Don't ever try this method if you have a heavy activity!

Another heavy snack i have. Oatmeal with plain yogurt by Greenfields with adding Susu Kental Manis (just 5 gram only). It has a really high callories for snack (+‐245 kkal), but it makes you stop to eat at a night! Happy Eating!

Serena Butter Waffle, 80kkal/2pcs. It's worth to eat when you craving (sweet i guess?) snack! It will be better with adding a yogurt but nah i like it raw LOL.
