When I got on the scale this morning it said 198! Then I took my vitamins, puttered around the kitchen. I got back on the scale to take a picture and then it consistently said 200 (not even 199, but 200). I will record 200 and try again tomorrow.

Today is the 5th day of the fast and the 2nd day of water only. I have reexamined my relationship with food so much it will takes weeks to get used to the change.
90,7 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 3,2 kg.    Sisa: 16,3 kg.    Diet diikuti: 100%.
