Ate at a vegan place last night. Hearts of Palm, Gardein, smashed turnips, and a vodka cocktail. Must have been lots of salt, because I'm up 1.5 this morning and I wasn't stuffed to the gills last night at all. Will drink tons of water today to flush the sodium and assumed fiber from my system. The true measure is the pants. As long as they're either falling off or going into previously unwearables, we're good. Was it worth the splurge? Taste-wise, it was good, but it was also relatively expensive, so net result, probably not. I didn't walk the dogs or swim either, so there was that. It was a rest and indulgence day. On a Wednesday. Go figure. I'm not logging the gain. It'll go away soon enough. I'll enter it here, 162.

Been absent for a couple of days so missed the pic of your pool. Fabulous! Such a beautiful place to work off the day's frustrations. No wonder you're sleeping so well. You are really taking care of yourself. 👍

Thank you. I am so lucky to have had this particular space. I would never have guessed I'd be doing this when I bought the place.
