I noticed something in the app today, probably obvious to others, but it wasn't to me. If I want my iPhone data to sync with the FS app, and subsequently the calendar tab on the FS website, I have to open the FS app on my phone every couple of days. It seems to sync the food data, but not the exercise data from the phone. This is important to me as a visual way to track how I'm doing on the exercise (hello, cold rainy days) and be able to see why the scale isn't moving as fast.

Today, I finally figured out that I don't drink enough water when I'm cold. It's been cold for a week and my fluid intake is way down. Probably why the scale is "stuck" where it is. And probably some extra salt from the Costco rotisserie chicken breast meat I've been eating off of the past few days. I don't eat much salt on my own, but theirs is so delicious. The fact that you can add it to a pot of water and make broth tells you how much is in there, though.

Skies are clear right now, we should be able to walk tonight after work. Going to try for an extra long one as tomorrow evening will be busy.
