my weight is pretty steady and that frustrates me a tad. could it just go down, by like, .2 lbs? its the same as it was yesterday, both the weight and the bfp. I keep reading about soymilk being bad for weight loss. This disappoints me because I LOVE IT!!!! I could quit though if I knew it was necessary. Maybe I need to try going without it for a while and seeing what happens. My weight loss has been slowing down since I've been drinking more. ? It seems.

Last night I was hungry and got up and had some soymilk (in fact) to get to sleep. Did I stay up too late because I was hungry, or was I hungry because I stayed up too late? Was it because I did my cardio so late in the day? All in all, my calorie deficit was still pretty good.

My arms are feeling a lot stronger from all those 8 mins in the morning. My body is reforming itself like it did last time I was on this program. I look nice today, and I am happy about that.

I think I'll start out trying just the 5-htp. If I try all three at once, how will I know which one is helping if any of them do? Besides, I'm broke, and that one (for night cravings) is the one I think I most need right now.
