Wow! the hunger just doesn't stop. I'm still at a 500 cal deficit, which I suppose is good, but I feel like I'm eating a ton of food. I don't know what the deal is with that. Firstly, I don't think I need those supplements, but maybe I need to make sure. And secondly... damn. I think maybe a little less exercise would be good. breaking it into two parts so that I can eat less. because it just feels ridiculous how much i'm eating. it terrifies me. I feel angry about my ongoing hunger. maybe I dont need to do an hour of cardio every day anyway. or to obsess over counting the calories, for that matter. but i am concerned. its a lot of food. i mean, today was a record. i also need to call dr. silver's office and ask about the metabo slim or whatever its called. maybe that's good for me. but actually i doubt it. maybe just the 8 mins???? or 15 mins + 15 mins cardio would also be good. I hope I can eat less on that. its just a waste of food to eat this much. and i need either way to go to the store and get more food so im prepared for moments like these. some soymilk would have been good. a banana. i'll go in the morning. and to ada's later in the afternoon for supps.
