I guess the good thing about having a body that loses weight more slowly than others is that in the event there is a zombie or other apocalypse, i will not waste away as quickly as the others in hiding and won't need to forage for food as often, increasing my chances of survival. been good overall, scale is moving in the right direction (as in not up), and my body is changing shape as evidenced by room in my "fat" jeans.
