** A.D. - día 9/21**
Alimentación:
- Mis tostadas, hoy acompañadas de avellanas tostadas.
- Naranja y almendras naturales.
- Crema de verduras; alubias con berenjena, passata y aceitunas.
- Uvas.
- Ensalada de arroz integral, maíz, apio, tomate y remolacha; seitán a la plancha.
Movimiento:
-6500 pasos
- 30 minutos de ejercicios funcionales por la mañana, 50 minutos de pilates por la tarde.

**D.F. - day 9/21**
Food:
- My toasts, today with toasted hazelnuts.
- Orange and natural almonds.
- Vegetable soup cream; beans with eggplant, passata and olives.
- Grapes.
- Brown rice, corn, celery, tomato and beet salad; grilled seitan.
Movement:
- 6500 steps.
- 30 minutes of functional exercises in the morning, and 50 minutes of pilates in the afternoon.

Eva, por si quieres verlo en TV3 hicieron un documental llamado “Porca Miseria” en el último Sense ficció. Yo estoy con ello y está muy interesante 🧐

Thank you, Wifey! As you know, I don't focus much on variety, and to be fair, I feel I repeat lots of dishes --sometimes in a day, but surely in a week and a month. What I do try is to have all types of foods in a day: fruit, vegetables, carbs, protein and fats from diverse sources.

You're during good!. Just wanted to let you know I bought some Brazil nuts yesterday after reading how healthy they are if you just have one or two. Had one today!

Yes, I like them. I've always eaten them just never knew you shouldn't eat too many. They are often in a container of mixed nuts.
