Redporchlady exactly ans this is like the ultimate upper body super set too my lats biceps triceps and chest are always so pumped by the end I can barley bend my arms 🤣 need to round put the rest of my upper body day after dinner this wa sjust my pre upper body day workout lol

I like to do a few sets of 4, pullups and chinups, so this looks like quite a bit to me!

FatD1960 4 pulls is phenomenal 🙌 most people are unable to do one so keep it up 👏 today my best set was 15 😁

I’m sick at pull ups! They have always been hard for me. Push ups and sit ups is what I’m better at.

Thanks guys 😁 I love squeezing this work out in on my lunch once a week maybe twice if my days line up the right way. PS I hate push ups probably from having to do too many of them as punishment in sports asa kid 🤣
