Made cajun chicken and pasta for the fam. Trying to be a better wife/mother and cook more. Tried a bite and it was delish. (preparing raw chicken makes me super grossed out and not wanting to eat it.)

I cook vegetarian because I refuse to touch meat. It grosses me out too... thankfully my hubs was a butcher back in the day so in the rare occasions I have meat at home, he does all the chopping ;) And btw: looks delish!

I can touch the meat and have no problem with red meat... but chicken is intolerable once I see that white tendon thing and pork isn't too far from being a no go as well. Any kind of pasta with heavy whipping cream and some spices mixed in as the sauce is always good and too high calorie. Only reason I had a loss today was because I passed up the dinner. ;)
