Can I ask you how did it feel? Do you lose much weight? Do you feel different? I’m interested in the longer fast but I don’t think I can do more than 24 hours

It was actually quite easy for me because l traveling from Chiang Rai to Melbourne connecting in Bangkok .
Drinking plenty of water and some coffee.
