So my previous weigh in was not correct. But becuase I had forgotten that this sometimes happens, I kinda panicked. It's led me to reassess what I'm snacking on, and how often. So some good has come of this! 💚
81,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 5,9 kg.    Sisa: 24,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

👏👏👏 There appears to be a lot of us jumping on board the winter snack train 😬 I just bought a kilo of fresh green beans which are hitting my taste buds just right ATM, raw or cooked, so they will be my snacks until I can curb the need for extra food between meals again. Keep going with your yummy soups, they are obviously working well for you 👍

LizPackard: Yes this time of year is hard work all the extra hunger and the snack cravings, and I've seen a few of us go up in our weight. Our bodies want us to store fat for the winter, as food used to become scarce. Or bodies and brains haven't caught up with our lifestyles and our ability to acquire food all year round. Great that you've found snacks that work for you!
