Finally! I've been sticking to my plan and having mostly soups, and I was getting a tad frustrated with the lack of change on the scales. I've increased my fibre intake which has helped. 💚

after seeing you soup picture I made some minestrone and add chick peas like you did, instead of pasta, thank you for that hint :)

Nice 1kg loss since 17/4. Gotta be happy with that. My weight fluctuates like that too! Perseverance DOES pay off :)
